Dining Options at Walnut Ridge

Three hot, fresh meals are offered to our residents every day, whether they’re residents in assisted living or memory care. In addition, snacks will be available throughout the day to make sure that our residents can feel sustained at any time. Our meals are prepared diligently by our expert chefs, who continue to develop rotating menus with interesting, balanced dishes. This allows us to provide a diverse diet for our community members, making sure that they never have to feel bored with their meals.

In addition to our rotating daily menu, we are happy to make accommodations to cater to the needs of our residents in various ways, including dining. We want to make sure that every meal we offer is safe for all members of our community, so we’ll work with each resident to cement their particular dietary restrictions or allergy needs. Those with dietary restrictions should always have the same level of access to delicious, healthy food, and our team makes sure that this is the case for every meal.

Our care team will be present to ensure that our residents can eat safely and comfortably. For residents with dementia or other cognitive conditions, our team can help with eating, movement, and facilitating conversation with other residents. We want dining to be a fulfilling, comfortable experience for everyone, and we strive to ensure that no one feels unsupported during the experience.
